Welcome to Jitsu Ottawa. We offer instruction in the art of Shorinji Kan Jiu Jitsu. There are currently two clubs in the Ottawa area, one at Carleton University and the other in downtown Ottawa on Gladstone Ave. The Carleton club is open to all adults (not just Carleton students), while the Gladstone club has both adult and children classes.

The clubs are registered members of Jitsu Canada, the governing body for Shorinji Kan Jiu Jitsu in Canada, which is affiliated with The Jitsu Foundation and the Canadian Jiu Jitsu Council.
